WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Standing shipping is free! This usually takes 3-5 business days if you have ordered from the U.K.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AND ITS BEEN LONGER THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS?

Sometimes postage can be delayed as we use a third party company, especially at the moment with the Covid-19 situation, if you haven't received your order within 10 business days, please get in touch.

Our products are formulated, manufactured and packed all in the UK.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to accept returns due to hygiene reasons and the current Covid-19 situation. However, if you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will rectify this for you.

ARE ELLOLOGY SKINCARE PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?

YES! Our products are vegan suitable & 100% cruelty-free. 

HOW OFTEN SHALL I USE ELLOLOGY PRODUCTS?

Our face mask can be used 1-2 times per week, depending on your skin! If you have sensitive skin, we suggest 1 application per week.

CAN I USE ELLOLOGY PRODUCTS IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN? 

Our products are natural, and vegan with no harsh chemicals so no nasties. However, if you have super sensitive skin and are worried, we recommend patch testing first. 

WILL MY SKIN PURGE OR BREAKOUT AFTER USING THE MASK? 

Our face mask has high actives, including AHA fruit extract which is a known exfoliant to speed up cell regeneration, therefore you may (not everyone) experience purging at first whilst your pores are detoxing, don't worry this wont last long!

WILL THE PRODUCTS GO OUT OF DATE?

Our products have a shelf life of 30 months, however the POA (period after opening) is 6 months.
